WorkEasy Software, LLC (“WorkEasy”) respects your (also referred to herein as “you”) privacy and understands the importance of privacy to its customers. WorkEasy developed this Online Privacy Notice (“Notice”) to describe how it collects, uses, shares, and protects your Personal Information (described below).
This Notice applies to Personal Information collected or processed through the service you are currently using and the technology supporting the service, including, WorkEasy’s websites (https://www.workeasysoftware.com/ and https://time-logix.com) web platform, or mobile application (collectively, the “Services”). PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY. By accessing and using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Notice. “Personal Information” is information that, either alone or in combination with other information, identifies or relates to a particular individual. Examples of Personal Information include, among others, name, email address, phone number, and online identifiers.

A. Information that you Provide WorkEasy
To provide you the Services, WorkEasy may request you provide certain Personal Information. For example, to request a quote, WorkEasy may ask you to provide the following Personal Information:
• Name,
• Mailing address,
• Telephone number,
• Email address, and
• Payment card information.
The form will indicate whether a particular field of information is mandatory or optional. If you choose not to provide certain information, WorkEasy may not be able to provide the requested services. WorkEasy does not collect any Personal Information revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.
B. Information WorkEasy Collects from You
To improve your overall experience with the Services, WorkEasy may use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies such as pixels, web beacons, and local storage to collect information about your use of the Services. Cookies are small data files that are transferred to your computer’s hard disk and are used to store information about website visits, your preferences, and enhance website functionality. WorkEasy processes the information collected through such technologies, which may include or be combined with Personal Information, to help operate certain features of the Services, to enhance your experience through personalization, and to help WorkEasy better understand the features of the Services that you and other users are most interested in.
Most browsers provide you with the ability to block, delete, or disable cookies, and your mobile device may allow you to disable transmission of unique identifiers and location data. If you choose to reject cookies or block device identifiers, some features of the Services may not be available, or some functionality may be limited or unavailable. Some of WorkEasy’s service providers may use cookies or other methods to gather information regarding your use of the Services, and may combine the information in these cookies with any Personal Information about you that they may have. The use of such tracking information by a third party depends on the privacy notice of that third party. • Analytics
To assist WorkEasy with analyzing the traffic to its Services through cookies and similar technologies, WorkEasy uses Google Analytics. For more information on Google Analytics’ processing of your information, please see “How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps.”
• Advertising
WorkEasy may engage third parties who use cookies, pixel tags, and other storage technologies to collect or receive information from the Services and elsewhere on the internet to provide marketing services to WorkEasy, including targeted advertising. • Log File Information
When you use the Services, WorkEasy’s servers automatically record information, including Internet Protocol Address, browser type, referring URLs, domain names associated with your internet service provider, information on your interaction with the Services, and other such information (collectively, “Log File Information”). WorkEasy may also collect similar information from emails sent to you which then help WorkEasy track which emails are opened and which links are clicked by recipients.
WorkEasy uses Log File Information collected from its implementation of the Services to improve the functionality and content of the Services, and to secure the Services by identifying potential threats and vulnerabilities.
3. How WorkEasy Uses Personal Information
To improve your overall experience with the Services, WorkEasy may use your Personal Information for the following purposes:
• Offering our Services to you,
• Administering and improving the Services,
• Sending you marketing or promotional materials,
• Managing your account,
• Protecting our rights to the Services,
• Meeting legal obligations, and
• Other purposes related to the reasons for which you provided Personal Information to WES.
WorkEasy will retain your Personal Information only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of the initial collection or as required by applicable laws.
4. Disclosure of Personal Information
WorkEasy will not transfer your email address to any other company. WorkEasy will not disclose Personal Information except as set forth in this Notice. This section describes to whom WorkEasy discloses Personal Information and for what purposes:
• Service Providers. WorkEasy engages third-party service providers to assist WorkEasy in its day-to-day operations and operating the Services, and to perform administrative activities on its behalf. WorkEasy takes commercially reasonable steps to ensure its service providers provide at least the same level of protection for Personal Information as WorkEasy does.
• Companies Involved in Mergers and Acquisitions Transactions. If WorkEasy sells or otherwise transfers part or the whole of its business or assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, or liquidation), any information collected through the Services, including Personal Information, may be among the items sold or transferred.
• Law Enforcement, Government Agencies, and Courts. WorkEasy may disclose Personal Information at the request of law enforcement or government agencies; in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to establish, protect, or exercise its rights; to defend against a legal claim; to protect the rights, property, or safety of any other person; or as otherwise required by law.
WorkEasy may use and share non-personal information (i.e., non-identifiable information that cannot be used to identify you) for any lawful business purpose, including improving the Services. WorkEasy may disclose non-personal information collected from users to third parties.
5. Protection of Personal Information
The Services have security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of Personal Information under its control. WorkEasy uses commercially reasonable safeguards, such as industry-standard encryption technology, to help keep Personal Information collected through the Services secure.
Despite these efforts to store Personal Information in a secure environment, WorkEasy cannot guarantee the security of Personal Information during its transmission or its storage. Further, while WorkEasy attempts to ensure the integrity and security of Personal Information, WorkEasy cannot guarantee that its security measures will prevent third parties such as hackers from illegally obtaining access to Personal Information. WorkEasy does not represent or warrant that Personal Information about you will be protected against, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.
6. Accessing, Updating, or Deleting Personal Information
If you would like to access, update, or delete your Personal Information, you may submit a request via the contact information listed in Section 13 (How to Contact WorkEasy) below. WorkEasy will promptly review all such requests in accordance with applicable law.
In certain circumstances, WorkEasy may not be able to completely remove your Personal Information from its systems. For example, as discussed in Section 7 (Retention and Deletion), WorkEasy may retain your Personal Information for legitimate business purposes, certain regulatory requirements, or if it may be necessary to prevent fraud or future abuse, for account recovery purposes, if required by law, or as retained in its data backup systems or cached or archived pages.
7. Retention and Deletion
As discussed above, in Section 3 (How WorkEasy Uses Your Personal Information), WorkEasy keeps your Personal Information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and processed, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, accounting or reporting requirements. In some circumstances, WorkEasy may de-identify, aggregate, or otherwise anonymize your Personal Information consistent with applicable laws and industry standards so that it can no longer be associated with you, in which case it is then treated as non-personal information.
8. Personal Information Transferred to the U.S.
If you are using the Services outside the United States, please be aware that Personal Information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. Although WorkEasy takes steps to provide adequate safeguards, the data protection laws of the United States might not be as comprehensive as those in your country. By using the Services, you consent to your information being transferred to the United States for the purposes described in this Notice.
9. Mathematical Representations of Biometric Data.
Certain WorkEasy hardware devices and/or software solutions collect, retain, and use mathematical representations of your Personal Information that may constitute biometric data (“Biometric Data”) for the purposes in which you provide such Biometric Data to WorkEasy. WorkEasy retains Biometric Data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of such collection. Once the purpose is fulfilled or within three (3) years of collection or upon your written request, WorkEasy shall permanently remove the Biometric Data. WorkEasy shall use reasonable care, but no less than the care WorkEasy employs to protect its proprietary information. WorkEasy will not sell, lease, trade, or otherwise commercially exploit such Biometric Data. WorkEasy will not disclose any Biometric Data unless required by applicable law or required pursuant to a valid warrant or subpoena.
10. Opting Out of Receiving Electronic Communications
To provide you information regarding the Services, WorkEasy may send you newsletters, surveys, marketing materials, or other information via email (“Communications”). You may choose to stop receiving Communications by clicking on the conspicuous “Unsubscribe” link located at the bottom of any email WorkEasy sends to you. Please note that certain Communications are necessary for the proper functioning and use of the Services and you may not have the ability to opt out of those Communications.
11. Children’s Privacy
WorkEasy does not knowingly collect or solicit Personal Information directly from anyone under the age of thirteen. If you are under thirteen, please do not send any Personal Information about yourself to WorkEasy through the Services or offline.
12. Third Party Websites and Links, Including Social Media
WorkEasy is not responsible for the practices employed by any non-WorkEasy operated website or service linked to or from the Services, including the information or content contained therein. A link to a third party’s website should not be construed as an endorsement. WorkEasy encourages you to investigate and ask questions before disclosing Personal Information to third parties.
13. Changes to the Privacy Notice
WorkEasy may modify or update this Notice from time to time, so please review it periodically. If WorkEasy makes a change to this Notice that, in its sole discretion, is material, WorkEasy will notify you as appropriate under the circumstances. Unless otherwise indicated, any changes to this Notice will apply immediately upon posting to the Services.
